Shipping & Returns


For payment we accept all major credit cards and all PayPal payment methods.


At this time we only ship within the 50 United States. All shipments are sent USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. You can make the decision at checkout. We will provide the shipping fees for these 2 shipping methods. We offer 2 shipping methods because depending on where you live in the US, you may find significant savings with one carrier over the other. Shipping is calculated by weight and size of your package and your shipping address zip code. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

Processing Time

Your order will normally ship in 1-2 business days after your payment is verified. Credit card payments are usually verified within a few hours, often quicker. If we anticipate a delay for any reason, we will contact you.

Back Orders

We do not back order any products. If we are out of a product, we will contact you to see if you want to wait until we have it in stock again, or send you a substitution; otherwise we will remove that item from your order and adjust your bill.


While we take precautions to pack our products securely so they reach you in good condition, accidents can happen during shipping, and they are beyond our control. Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there is a problem, please contact us within 1-2 business days. We may ask you for a picture of the problem if you are requesting a replacement. We will gladly replace or make restitution for damaged goods, but we may require proof.

If for any reason you do not like one of our products, send the unused portion back to us within 14 days with a copy of your receipt for a full refund.
